How to report an image download or processing error
For a tool error, include the page URL, pixel dimensions, export format, browser and device, then describe the result you expected. For a content correction, identify the sentence or example and explain what needs to change. Give a selected file's format and approximate size; keep private image contents out of your report.
For a feature suggestion, describe the task you want to complete and what would help. For a privacy question, identify the tool or policy section involved. Avoid sharing a settings link that contains private canvas text.
Example report for a transparent PNG download
A useful report might say: “On the blank-image page, I chose 800 × 600, PNG and no text. The preview looked transparent, but the downloaded image appeared white in my viewer.” Add your browser and operating system, and tell us whether the file also looks white when placed over a colored background. This distinguishes a viewer's white page from an opaque export.
For resizing or conversion, include the source format, original pixel dimensions, approximate file size and selected output settings. You can describe the problem or reproduce it with a non-sensitive sample; there is no need to send the original private image.
Downloaded files and saved settings stay on your device
The image tools do not provide a server-side library of your generated or selected images. If a file is missing, check your browser's downloads and your device's save location. A link to a local file on your computer cannot be opened by support.
Use the email address for tool questions, content corrections and privacy requests. Sending a message uses your email provider rather than a form on this website; review its contents before sending.
